We operate an informational platform highlighting skilled trade jobs and contract opportunities related to AI data centers and broader AI infrastructure projects (the “Service”). We are not an employer, recruiter, or staffing agency. Job listings, company profiles, and third-party content are provided by external parties and/or gathered from publicly available sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or authenticity of any listing, nor do we guarantee employment outcomes, compensation, or project timelines.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that your use complies with applicable laws.

4) Accounts & Communications

Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. 11) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Virtus Foundry AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

15) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Florida to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site.

16) Severability; Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

17) Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable additional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Virtus Foundry regarding the Site and Service and supersede all prior agreements or understandings on this subject.
